I strongly recommend my clients to arrive 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment to allow time to fill out paperwork and get settled in. If you are 15 minutes late or more you will be asked to reschedule, and will result in deposit being forfeited and may result in being charged 50% of the remaining balance of the scheduled service for a first session, or full amount of a touch-up. In order to accomodate the volume of clients we have we do back to back appointments daily, and there will be no exceptions for this.

Just the client is allowed in the procedure room per state laws. No children or companion please plan accordingly. No cell phone use during procedure. The procedure might take 1-3 hours, you have 1-2 breaks so may use in those brakes. 

Deposit is required to book any appointment. Deposits are Non-refundable. A minimum of 72 BUSINESS hours notice must be given to reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a NO-SHOW. A NO-SHOW will result in a 50% charge of the remaining balance of the scheduled service, you will need to reschedule with a new booking fee to re-book. Your appointment is confirmed when you receive an email message from the scheduling system confirming the date and time.

The remaining balance of your scheduled session is due immediately upon service completion, deposits go towards your remaining balance. Most cards accepted, cash is appreciated.

Clients are completely responsible for scheduling their touch up sessions between 4-8 weeks No exceptions. If you dont show up for your 4-8 week permanent makeup touch-up, there will be additional costs. If you dont show up for a your first scheduled session your deposit will be forfeited. Please be advised that if you don’t show up without notice, you will no longer be able to schedule anything with Vlorë.

Schedule your touch-up appointment when you finish your initial session, as it is the best way to be on time and plan accordingly. If for some reason you need to cancel your 4-8 week cosmetic touch-up after scheduling it, unfortunately will result in a color-boost session. Anything after 8 weeks and up to 5 months, there will be additional costs. After 5 months you are automatically placed as an annual touch-up.

If you need to cancel ANY appointment your deposit will be forfeited and you will need to re-book with a new one ONLINE. Cancellation notice is required to cancel your appointment.

If you no-show for a first session and do not contact within 24 hours you no longer be able to re-book with VLORË PMU.

Failure to read over the procedure info and being unprepared for your appointment will result in being sent home with forfeiting your deposit and may result in being charged 50% of the remaining balance of the scheduled service. By booking you are accepting all policies. We are not responsible for failure to read policies before booking.
